Membership terms
Membership is governed by the membership agreement you sign when you join. Package prices shown on this website come from our membership system; the price confirmed at the front desk when you join applies.
Health and safety
Exercise carries some risk. Speak to a doctor before starting a new program if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant, and tell your coach about anything that may affect your training.
